ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Privacy Operations Specialist to take ownership of the design and execution of scalable privacy compliance operations and this role you will help build the backbone of our global privacy program ensuring compliance while enabling innovation and growth. This is a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of privacy operations and business strategy shaping how privacy is operationalized at scale across multiple jurisdictions.
As part of the Privacy team you will report to the DPO & Lead Privacy Counsel and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing IT Cybersecurity and Business Development. If you are highly organized proactive and thrive on creating order from complexity this role will give you the platform to make a measurable impact on the growth of our business and the maturity of our global privacy program.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day privacy operations leading the execution of privacy processes ensuring consistency scalability and measurable outcomes as well as supporting the implementation and monitoring of global privacy policies and practices.
- Manage and streamline the end-to-end process of handling data subject rights (DSR/DSAR) requests ensuring compliance with strict global timelines across jurisdictions.
- Administer and optimize privacy management tools and platforms (e.g. OneTrust) including system configuration workflow automation and privacy reporting.
- Collaborate to respond to privacy-related inquiries vendor assessments and RFPs regarding privacy compliance.
- Assist in incident response by documenting privacy-related events and coordinating investigations with Cybersecurity and IT teams.
- Maintain and develop internal procedures to improve our Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and other key privacy-compliance documentation.
- Monitor global privacy regulatory changes and support operational rollout of new requirements across Fevers markets (EU US LATAM APAC).
- Help implement and monitor adherence to data retention schedules across teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing Product and Data teams to embed privacy by design/default into projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build and develop privacy-compliance dashboards and metrics that drive data-informed decision-making.

We value operations expertise and adaptability over direct prior experience in privacy law. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-moving environments can build and scale processes and has transferable skills from operations compliance or program management roles.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Law Information Security or related field is a plus but not required. A willingness to learn is essential.
- 4 years of experience in operations compliance data protection or program/project management ideally within entertainment tech marketplaces digital platforms or fast-growing industries.
- Strong organisational analytical and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities while driving initiatives forward.
- Comfortable with tools and systems to drive operations. Experience with privacy management platforms (e.g. Onetrust) is a plus.
- Ability to create structure documentation and reporting compliance programs.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt transferable skills to the privacy domain.
- Familiarity with global privacy frameworks (e.g. GDPR CCPA PIPEDA etc.) is a plus.
- Bonus: experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 / 27701) or supporting evidence collection for audits.
