Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working on complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions emerging growth/venture capital private equity joint ventures commercial agreements and other business transactions. Experience with deals in the software technology healthcare or life sciences industries is a significant plus. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials superb judgment and communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
