JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-


RN- Medical & Surgical Unit

RN - MED/SURG

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

  • Assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluating medical information as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
  • Preparing administering and recording prescribed medications.
  • Changing dressings inserting catheters and starting IVs.
  • Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed as well as interpreting and recording measurements.
  • Monitoring patients vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS-


RN- Medical & Surgical Unit

RN - MED/SURG

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • 1 year of Acute Care Med-Surg RN experience Required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree


Salary Range: Min: 29.73- Mid: 37.75 an HR (this is for candidates that have 10 years of experience) - Max: $43.20 (this is for candidates that have 18 years of experience)

Shift Differentials: $4.25 for nights and $2.00 for wkends

Sign on: Case by Case (recruiter will discuss with the candidate)

Relocation: Case by Case
