Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build automation solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders utilizing advanced analytics ML & AI as appropriate.
- Drive expansion of the Global Parts Pricing automation portfolio.
- Provide deep expertise in dealer transaction price data and analysis. Lead data quality initiatives drive alignment with data and business partners.
- Support high priority and short fuse requests in the pricing analytics space in support of executive leadership.
Skills for Success:
- Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect identify analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understand the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Process large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy. Productively balance speed and accuracy.
- Effective Communications: Understand effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Communicates well downward upward and outward.
- Business Statistics: Knowledge of the statistical tools processes and practices to describe business results in measurable scales; ability to use statistical tools and processes to assist in making business decisions.
- Programming: Knowledge of concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools techniques and platforms in order to write and modify code.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Machine Learning & AI: Knowledge of principles technologies and algorithms of machine learning and AI; ability to develop implement and deliver related systems products and services.
- 6 years of aftermarket and/or pricing experience
- AWS Tools: Experience with AWS cloud tools for big data. (EMR Sagemaker etc.)
Additional Information
- Location: Peoria IL; This position requires working onsite five days a week.
- Required Travel: Travel may be up to 10%

Summary Pay Range:
$110520.00 - $165840.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
