Summary:
An established HVAC service company is looking for an Account Manager to work out of there Melbourne FL office. This company provides full-service installation maintenance and repairs for commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
* Primarily develop and nurture strong relationships with owners facility managers and management companies.
* Occasionally pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and lead generation.
* Research target organizations identify key decision makers and create strategies to effectively engage them.
* Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure service agreements at profitable margins.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction loyalty and long-term retention.
* Proactively monitor customer service experiences address concerns and reinforce trust through consistent high-quality support.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing service or at-risk agreements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive customer experience.
* Accurately document sales activities customer interactions and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Proven ability to network generate leads close deals and manage customer relationships effectively.
* Proficient with CRM systems Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
Preferred:
* Previous experience working as an Account Manager in Commercial HVAC Industry or related field is preferred.
