Are you fluent in Slovak and motivated to provide high-quality customer support Join our on-site team in Sofia where youll assist adult consumers of a premium international lifestyle brand by handling inquiries related to products orders accounts and device troubleshooting via phone chat and email all while ensuring compliance with strict industry and age-verification standards.
Location: On-site in Sofia Bulgaria
Languages: Slovak (C2/native) English (B2)
Shifts: Rotational: Mon-Sun (10:00-18:00)
