Job Summary

Join us as a Recruitment Consultant/Consulting Manager and be a part of our growing team!

Cultivar Staffing & Search is a boutique specialist recruitment firm specializing in various business verticals such as Accounting Finance Technology Manufacturing Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Services for mid-to-senior positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing meeting coordination interviews and manage placement activities.
  • Drive business development outcomes by performing lead generation cold outreach negotiation and closing.
  • Manages client accounts including periodic visit
  • Ensure fulfillment of individual revenue targets and promotion criteria
  • Provide post-placement follow up with candidates

Requirements:

  • Min tertiary education in any discipline
  • Strong work ethics and passion to serve
  • Fun-loving and high energy personality
  • Singaporeans preferred
