Job Summary
Join us as a Recruitment Consultant/Consulting Manager and be a part of our growing team!
Cultivar Staffing & Search is a boutique specialist recruitment firm specializing in various business verticals such as Accounting Finance Technology Manufacturing Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Services for mid-to-senior positions.
Responsibilities:
- Handles end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing meeting coordination interviews and manage placement activities.
- Drive business development outcomes by performing lead generation cold outreach negotiation and closing.
- Manages client accounts including periodic visit
- Ensure fulfillment of individual revenue targets and promotion criteria
- Provide post-placement follow up with candidates
Requirements:
- Min tertiary education in any discipline
- Strong work ethics and passion to serve
- Fun-loving and high energy personality
- Singaporeans preferred
