Our Consumer Lending team is looking for fresh graduates to join us in Taguig in the role of MIS Officer.

In this role you are responsible for generating & distributing accurate periodic & ad hoc reports promptly as well as providing essential analysis based on empirical historical data to aid the Division in decision-making.

What the role will entail

Generate validate and distribute reports accurately and timely
Provide reports for strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance
Participate in automation initiatives of existing SAS Programs for efficiency and error reduction
Troubleshoot both simple & complex SAS program errors and recommend MIS updates for report consistency & efficiency
Maintain customer-centric culture and relay feedback to management on issues including but not limited to customer needs complaints fraudulent transactions and suspicious accounts
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of the Bank BSP and other external regulatory bodies
Implement audit & quality control measures

What were looking for

Graduate of any Statistical/Business-related course
Strong analytical and MIS skills
Working knowledge on Basic Banking Practices Policies and Relevant Regulatory Concerns
Proficient MS Office knowledge
Familiarity with Accounting and Financial Principles and Fraud Detection
