Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with expertise in post-tensioning stay cable bridge bearings expansion joints structural monitoring and repairing etc. As a Site Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects involving post-tensioned and pre-stressed structures ensuring quality standards safety compliance and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute post-tensioning and other installation activities on-site.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor the installation of post-tensioning systems and other products ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections quality control checks and ensure safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Prepare daily reports on project progress site activities and any potential delays or issues.
- Liaise with clients and consultants for project updates and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges encountered on-site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in post-tensioning stay cable bridge bearings expansion joints structural monitoring and repairing etc.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes post-tensioning techniques and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Be able to adjust to the frequent traveling and working on site.
