Responsibilities: To develop and produce engaging written visual and video content for our website social media platforms blogs and email campaigns; to creating posts that align with our brands voice and driving audience engagement; to monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly; to monitor and evaluate the performance of content across channels; use insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and engagement of future content; to research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation social media and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Excellent in writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite Canva or video editing tools (Final Cut Pro Premiere Pro etc)
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn TikTok).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc).
- Strong conceptual skills with a passion for creating unique visual solutions.
- Good communication skills disciplined hardworking detail-oriented and high dedication.
- Have a solid portfolio of design work.
