Our client offers Maltese & Mediterranean Cuisine at the heart of the Valletta Waterfront.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at our clients restaurant in Valletta Malta. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations design menus manage food preparation and ensure high-quality culinary experiences for guests.

Applicants must already reside in Malta and have experience with Maltese cuisine.

Qualifications

Expertise in Culinary Arts Food Preparation and Menu Planning
Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
Proficiency in Kitchen Operations and Inventory Management
A creative and innovative culinary approach
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
In-depth knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus
A culinary degree or certification is preferred
