Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day production and logistics operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination across departments maintaining operational efficiency and supporting quality control and supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or production with strong attention to detail communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operational activities across production packaging and distribution teams
Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
Liaise with procurement and inventory teams to manage raw material and packaging supply levels
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of health safety and hygiene protocols
Maintain accurate records for production stock movement and logistics
Support the operations manager in identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies
Coordinate maintenance schedules and liaise with technical teams to minimize downtime
Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in an operations logistics or production coordination role within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows inventory management and production planning
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is an asset
Strong communication skills in both English and Maltese
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Flexibility to adapt to seasonal production demands and occasional weekend work
