Are you passionate about digital safety and keen to contribute to a secure online community Were looking for Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join an international team in sunny Malta!
In this hybrid role (70% customer support 30% content moderation) youll interact via email and chat only helping users and ensuring that platforms remain safe and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Review and moderate online content (images text profiles)
- Apply platform guidelines and local regulations
- Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements
- Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals
- Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets
What Were Looking For:

Basic technical skills (MS Office Excel Word)

Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Ability to work in shifts including evenings and weekends

No prior experience required full training provided!

Clean criminal record or 2 employer references (mandatory upon arrival)
Salary & Benefits:
- 1625 to 1990 euros/monthly
- Quarterly government bonus (130)
- Performance-based bonus up to 200 twice a year
