Job Summary

MISSION

Lead role in planning executing monitoring controlling and closing out projects on site.

Accountable for the entire project scope project team and resources project budget and the success of the project.

Regularly reviewing Schedules budget labor risk etc.

Review the work progress on daily basis.

Review project in details to schedule deliverables and costs.

Coordination between all stockholders.

Ensure quality construction standard and the proper construction techniques.

Review For endorsement to the submitted invoices / payments.

Review Claims with Contractors.

PERSONALITY & SKILLS

Strong leadership.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members.

Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

From 10 - 15 years of construction site management experience.

BSc in Civil Engineer.

Very good Spoken and Written English.

Experience in Hospitality Sector Hotels and resorts Is A MUST.

PMP is a MUST.

Hands-on experience with using MS Excel Auto CAD Autodesk Revit and Primavera.
