POSITION SUMMARY: Account Executive Manager
The Account Executive Manager is a direct sales role responsible for prospecting qualifying and closing new clients and deals. This role is focused on winning new business for EnerStar Solutions through strategic outside sales and business development efforts. The Account Executive Manager will maintain and expand the client base proactively securing new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions. This individual must professionally represent EnerStar Solutions in presentations and proposals effectively communicate the companys value proposition and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
- Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
- Drive all aspects of the sales cycle cultivating new relationships and qualifying new client opportunities
- Create market awareness of EnerStars core business solutions through prospecting networking presentations and trade show participation
- Strategically manage territory to ensure optimal penetration and profitability including developing Strategic Account Growth Plans
- Accurately forecast build a strong pipeline and meet/exceed sales goals
- Effectively influence key decision-makers at all levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners manufacturers and other industry stakeholders
- Stay informed on industry trends locally and internationally
- Identify and align client needs with EnerStars business strengths
- Provide strategic direction to sales support teams
- Deliver accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activity updates
- Daily performance metrics: 70% field site visits; 20% local field office visits; 10% collaboration with operations on new products and rental solutions
- Collaborate with EnerStar joint ventures: CCS Berger Trucking Logistics etc.
- Partner with business development operations and marketing teams
- Maintain daily input and updates to CRM KPA and other designated platforms
- Build and manage a database of contacts including Field Superintendents Drilling Managers and Engineers
- Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned
Travel
This position requires travel as needed to support EnerStar Solutions clients and drive new business acquisition.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of Oil Field experience
- Proven success in managing relationships with high-level decision-makers
Experience:
- Annual sales exceeding $in a related business
- Demonstrated development of strategic accounts
- Experience selling EnerStars core business solutions
- Strong understanding of product positioning competitive landscape and value proposition
- Expertise in sales and marketing techniques and principles
- Experience designing and executing business development strategies
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- High integrity and sound judgment
- Ability to assess information and negotiate profitable business deals
- Skilled in preparing and delivering professional presentations and proposals
- General knowledge of construction processes and site services
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to close high-value product and service deals
- Awareness of trends in oil gas and construction industries
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Track record of successful sales performance
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint Outlook CRM tools
- High energy and self-motivation
