Seco Tools is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to support one of our key customer accounts in the Memphis TN area. As an Account Manager you will be the primary Seco representative at a major customer site responsible for managing and growing the account through technical solution selling relationship development and strategic planning. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions that improve customer productivity and performance.
Maintain a consistent onsite presence (45 days/week) to build trust-based relationships across customer departments.
Understand customer needs and develop tailored account strategies to grow revenue.
Collaborate with Application Engineers and Project Engineers to deliver optimized tooling packages and services.
Promote Secos digital productivity and lifecycle service offerings.
Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company goals.
Track account performance forecast revenue and report progress in CRM systems.
Provide customer feedback to improve product and service development.
Act as a Seco brand ambassador upholding our values and principles in all interactions.
Experience in the metal cutting industry preferably in roles such as Production Manager Project Engineer or similar.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within scope.

Proven success in consultative or value-based selling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Associate or bachelors degree in engineering manufacturing or businessor equivalent experience.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Valid passport for occasional travel.
