Position Description:
HG USA is hiring a Project Manager for Indiana this position provides day to day operational oversight. They provide advice and consultation with respect to design constructability and value engineering scope of work cost estimating general contractor and subcontractor prequalification scheduling and construction. They may be tasked with supporting the selection negotiations and oversight of the design consultant and the general will ensure the preparation of project schedules which shall serve as control standards for monitoring performance of the the Project Manager is expected to facilitate the integration of the project team that is collaborative proactively engages in solving complicated issues and has a shared vision of project success.
What youll do:
Preparing and updating project training and maintaining training logs.
Organizing meetings including scheduling sending reminders and organizing logistics when necessary.
Managing day-to-day construction activities calendars including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Project Manager daily activities include project scheduling maintaining the master budget reviewing the site walk reports or other duties as assigned
Supervising the Project Coordinators
Developing and managing document control tasks.
Publishing meeting minutes project management meetings.
Provides business development support including prospecting proof reading proposals and coordinating introductory meetings.
Other duties assigned by the client.
What youll bring:
Bilingual Korean and English preferred
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed.
Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g. copiers business telephone systems projectors fax machines etc.).
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidate must have the ability to interface with a multiple-user customer base.
Experience working with international teams preferred.
