Job Summary

- Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with customers insurance professionals and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule on budget and meet quality standards
- Manage project documentation budgets and daily operations
- Solve challenges proactively and maintain excellent customer communication
- Prior experience in construction restoration or project management
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans specs and contracts
- Knowledge of building codes construction methods and materials
- Valid drivers license
- Valid Drivers License required.
- IICRC or construction-related certifications a plus.
- Monthly bonuses for managing profitable projects. Potential to earn over $100K annually
