Job Description
As an Account Manager at NTS Hengelo you are the face of our site towards some of our most important (international) customers in the high-tech Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry. You build long-term partnerships translate complex customer needs into smart solutions and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded. At the same time you are responsible for initiating and executing (new) business development activities.
Your responsibilities include:
You develop secure and monitor strategic account plans and customer relationships;
You operate comfortably at all levels from production floor and middle management to MT and C-level and know how to tailor your communication accordingly;
You act as an internal strategic advisor by representing the customer and providing the MT and Commercial Manager with commercial insights;
You represent NTS during customer visits audits and (international) trade fairs;
You negotiate complex quotes and long-term contracts;
You create structure in a dynamic environment and maintain an overview of priorities;
You seamlessly align customer goals and technical implementation with on-site project teams and colleagues at other NTS sites both domestically and internationally;
You also work closely with Sales Support Logistics Planners NPI Project Managers and Operations among others.
Job Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree with a technical or commercial background;
At least 8 years of experience in a comparable (international) account management role;
Strong affinity with the high-tech manufacturing industry (experience in Semicon is a strong plus);
Experience in complex stakeholder environments;
Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term relationships and results;
Independent and entrepreneurial yet a true team player;
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
