Full-time Hybrid Austin TX

About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and build scalable systems while shaping product architecture integrations and performance improvements in a fast-moving AI automation startup. This role is hands-on (80% technical / 20% leadership) with the opportunity to influence both engineering velocity and product vision as the platform enters a new phase of growth.

What Youll Do

Design and implement scalable systems across the full stack (Python TypeScript SQL)
Lead feature planning architecture and write specs for major components
Build and maintain integrations with AI/ML models and internal data pipelines
Improve performance reliability and long-term maintainability of core systems
Review code mentor junior developers and guide quality standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers PMs and designers
Act as a product owner: understand user needs propose roadmap items and drive execution

What Were Looking For

Proven experience building scalable full-stack systems
Strong technical depth in Python TypeScript and SQL
Ability to lead architectural discussions and mentor teammates
Product mindset with the ability to balance technical decisions and user needs
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in Austin office)
