Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Full-time Hybrid Austin TX
About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and build scalable systems while shaping product architecture integrations and performance improvements in a fast-moving AI automation startup. This role is hands-on (80% technical / 20% leadership) with the opportunity to influence both engineering velocity and product vision as the platform enters a new phase of growth.

Tech stack: Python TypeScript SQL React AWS GCP Docker ECS Terraform Django Flask
What Youll Do
- Design and implement scalable systems across the full stack (Python TypeScript SQL)
- Lead feature planning architecture and write specs for major components
- Build and maintain integrations with AI/ML models and internal data pipelines
- Improve performance reliability and long-term maintainability of core systems
- Review code mentor junior developers and guide quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers PMs and designers
- Act as a product owner: understand user needs propose roadmap items and drive execution
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience building scalable full-stack systems
- Strong technical depth in Python TypeScript and SQL
- Ability to lead architectural discussions and mentor teammates
- Product mindset with the ability to balance technical decisions and user needs
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in Austin office)
