In this role you are part of the Corporate People Development Team that is committed to providing opportunities to employees and managers to Learn Connect Grow. You will support us in designing and delivering solutions promoting lifelong learning and personal growth by understanding the business and making the connections with relevant content while ensuring best in class user experiences.
This role is temporary (6 months). The preferred locations are Poland or Italy.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Providing project coordination support (organization communication content creation administration) for global leadership development initiatives ensuring smooth execution alignment and effective cross-team collaboration across the function.
Marketing & rebranding support Coordinate updates rebranding and development of marketing materials for global leadership signature programs collaborating closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Co-creating communication and marketing materials in partnership with the Global HR Communication & Experience Team to drive engagement in our leadership offerings.
Reporting and impact measurement Support the team with relevant data analytics for KPI dashboards and success measurement.
Team coordination and administrative support Coordinate and organize monthly team calls adapt agendas to team needs and integrate team development activities.
Vendor management Work closely with vendors to deliver high-quality solutions in relation to the above.
Qualifications for the role
Up to max 2 years work experience (can include prior internships) in Learning and Development or an HR environment
Passion for People Development and experienced in new technologies (AI ChatGPT Metaverse etc.)
A University level education in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Business Administration or related discipline
Comfortable with new communication and facilitation tools and techniques (MS Teams Mural webinars Menti etc); advanced Power Point and Excel skills
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
Experience working effectively across cultures and with colleagues from diverse nationalities is essential
Ability to facilitate (virtual) meetings
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands and set priorities
Ability to work in cross-functional teams with senior stakeholders and tactfully navigate complex situations with competing commitments
A collaborative solution-focused approach with a can-do attitude
