Job Summary

Job description

We are looking for a MidSenior DevOps Engineer to join our operations and platform team. The ideal candidate is a builder with strong experience in Terraform and cloud infrastructure (GCP) a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps ArgoCD) and familiarity with modern monitoring/observability tools (Grafana Prometheus Cloud Monitoring).

This role is highly collaborative working with developers security and operations to ensure reliable deployments secure environments and compliance with SOC 2 requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with Terraform (modules workspaces state management).
Implement and manage resources such as GKE CloudSQL Pub/Sub networking and IAM with a security-first mindset.
Build and improve deployment workflows using Azure DevOps pipelines and ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery.
Work with GraphQL APIs for service integration and automation.
Create dashboards alerts and metrics in Grafana and integrate with cloud monitoring systems.
Support SOC 2 controls in day-to-day operations (logging access controls backup monitoring evidence).
Partner with developers and SREs to improve deployment speed reliability and cost efficiency.

Job requirements

35 years in DevOps Site Reliability or Cloud Engineering.
Proven experience with Terraform (HCL modules versioning remote state CI/CD integration).
Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (IAM networking Kubernetes/GKE CloudSQL Cloud Storage).
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML builds release workflows secrets management).
Practical exposure to ArgoCD (application sync GitOps principles rollback strategies).
Basic to intermediate understanding of GraphQL (queries mutations schema awareness).
Monitoring skills with Grafana (dashboards alerts data sources).
Familiarity with SOC 2 operational practices (audit evidence monitoring controls access management).

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Prometheus or other time-series DBs.
Experience with multi-cloud (AWS Azure in addition to GCP).
Familiarity with container security tools (Trivy Aqua etc.).
Background in incident response or SRE best practices.
