Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Dual General Manager Hawthorne Courtyard & TownePlace Suites:
The Dual General Manager functions as the primary strategic business leader of the assigned hotels with responsibility for all aspects of operations. Ensures implementation of brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. Responsible for active supervision of all hotel disciplines including but not limited to the Front Office Guest Services Food Service Housekeeping Maintenance Sales operations ensuring that there is an atmosphere of good public relations towards guests Team Members and community. Also ensures the hotels are meeting and constantly striving to meet its sales and profitability goals and compliant with local and federal laws and regulations.

A minimum six (6) years of experience in the hotel industry.
A minimum four (4) years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations sales and marketing or related professional area.
Proven multi-property leadership experience in hotel operations with Marriott.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage teams guests and partners.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.
A problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Salary Range: $150000 $170000.
Discretionary bonus up to 30%.
A full suite of benefits is offered including medical dental vision life insurance PTO and 401k.

The salary range for this position is $150000 to $170000 annually.
