Major Duties :Banking Support:Assists bankers relationship managers and account managers with client account openings/closings by completing required administrative and compliance daily maintenance to client accounts such as address changes check reorders ordering copies of statements and setting up direct deposit using appropriate for coordination of division self audit tasks for submission to banking internal audit on a quarterly basis. Monitors daily overdrafts for deposit accounts and executes appropriate follow-up for approval and/or Support: Completes daily processing of client directed transactions via multiple workflow systems. Serves as liaison between client servicing and operations as it relates to cash and trade documented procedures for processing client daily maintenance to client accounts as directed by the client servicing team partners. to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to managers/ effectively as a team member but also for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines of the core aspects of the towards becoming proficient in all areas of the administrative functions/special projects as needed or requestedKnowledge :Knowledge of trust/banking products and services usually acquired through related work experience is required to service client and administrative needs. Organizational and time management skills are necessary in order to monitor consistent flow of requests in a daily deadline time-critical environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Problem solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve client :A College or University degree and/or 1-5 relevant experience in trust/banking operations experience is preferred. Proven work record.Salary Range:
$52800 - 79200 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
