Greeting & Welcoming:
Professionally greet and welcome customers as they arrive determining the nature of their visit and directing them to the correct department or salesperson.
Answering & Directing Calls:
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department taking messages and providing basic information as needed.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Dealership experience is a plus.
- Communication skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and staff.
- Organizational skills:Strong time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
- Professional demeanor:Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive friendly and helpful attitude.
