Votre mission si vous lacceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée Stage RH - Support Parcours Professionnel Experts (f/h) vient de souvrir au sein de Airbus Operations sur son site de St Martin.

Vous rejoindrez le département Ressources Humaines .

Votre stage consistera au Support au Parcours Professionnel Expert.

Ce stage dune durée de 6 mois débutera idéalement en février (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Soutient aux différentes initiatives du parcours professionnel Expert plus particulièrement;

• Planification et organisation des ateliers de développement personnel (communication / Leadership) pour les Experts Airbus

• Analyse de données reporting RH

• Création / mise à jour du matériel de communication sur le parcours professionnel Expert

• Organisation / suivi dune campagne annuelle de Mentoring

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion des activités RH dans un contexte international

• Communication dans un contexte international

• Organisation planification

• Analyse de données RH

• Appréhension des outils de développement personnel

Votre carte dembarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Master 2 en Ressources Humaines en École de Commerce de Droit ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

- Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques/bureautiques nécessaire en particulier Gsheet et Gslides

• Maîtrise de la suite Google

• Sensibilisation et Connaissance des principes généraux de la RGPD (Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données)

• Connaissance/Aisance en Data Analytics souhaitée mais non requise

• Connaissace/Maîtrise/ Appétence pour les RH et ses fonctionnements

• Appétence pour lIntelligence Artificielle et lInformatique

- Soft Skills :

• Compétences organisationnelles

• Autonomie

• Communication

• Rigueur dans lanalyse des données

• Motivation pour se challenger et être challengé(e)

- Langues :

• Anglais : Niveau Avancé (écrit et oral)

• Français : Pas obligatoire mais toujours un plus

Your mission should you choose to accept it:

An internship opportunity entitled HR Internship - Expert Career Support (m/f) has just opened at Airbus Operations at its St Martin site.

You will join the Human Resources department. Your internship will consist of Expert Career Path Support.

This 6-month internship will ideally begin in February (this period is indicative and may be adjusted).

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Support for various Expert career path initiatives more specifically:

• Planning and organizing personal development workshops (communication/leadership) for Airbus Experts

• Data analysis HR reporting

• Creating/updating communication materials on the Expert career path

• Organizing/monitoring an annual mentoring campaign

Your mentor will support you throughout your internship helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills:

• Managing HR activities in an international context

• Communicating in an international context

• Organization and planning

• Analyzing HR data

• Understanding personal development tools

Your Boarding Pass to this adventure:

You are currently enrolled in a Masters 2 program in Human Resources Business School Law or an equivalent field.

Ideally you have the following skills:

- Technical skills:

• Proficiency in IT/office tools required particularly Gsheet and Gslides

• Proficiency in Google Suite

• Awareness and knowledge of the general principles of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

• Knowledge/proficiency in data analytics is desirable but not required

• Knowledge/proficiency/interest in HR and how it works

• Interest in artificial intelligence and IT

- Soft skills:

• Organizational skills

• Autonomy

• Communication

• Rigorous data analysis

• Motivation to challenge yourself and be challenged

- Languages:

• English: Advanced level (written and spoken)

• French: Not required but always a plus
