What are we looking for SoftPro is seeking a Temporary Help Desk Analyst for our 1099 Team. This position will start in mid-November 2025 through April 10 2026. Monday Friday 8:30am 5:30pm. This position is not eligible for benefits. This position will be located in our Raleigh NC office and will work a hybrid schedule. A remote employee may also be considered.
What will I do as Help Desk Analyst on the 1099 Team at SoftPro In this position you will be responsible for providing software support via phone and remote sessions to SoftPros 1099 customers in the process of updating their current 1099 Software applications to the current 2025 Tax Year. Additionally you will: - Provide a high level of customer service to each customer at all times.
- Experience working in an inbound and outbound call center remotely assisting customers with our Pro1099 application
- Possess and maintain an understanding of the tools used in performing job services including but not limited to:
- Desktop Operating Systems (Win10 or later)
- Office 2007 or later
- General application environment troubleshooting
- Experience with remote desktop control solutions (ScreenConnect Go To Assist etc)
- Accurately document all customer issues resolution steps and gather feedback in support tracking software.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What skills do I need to be successful as a Pro1099 Help Desk Analyst on the 1099 Team at SoftPro
- Be a self-starter with a great attitude and feel comfortable working independently and within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
- 2 years of previous Customer Service experience with demonstrated ability to act emphatically with a high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills
- Strong Problem Solving analysis and testing skills.
- Deadline drive project management experience and abilities
- SoftPro application 1099 reporting and/or Title/Closing real estate experience is a plus
- Demonstrate attention to detail exhibit concise written and verbal communication strong time management and organizational skills.
- Interact with sensitive customer data to reflect customer requirements and SoftPro policies
