About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to support new account transitions and operational projects. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and client partnershipyoull manage transition plans guide internal teams and serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can manage details solve problems quickly and keep projects on track. Youll work closely with leadership field teams and clients receiving security services to understand their needs set clear expectations and ensure seamless high-quality program launches.
What Youll Do
Client & Transition Support
- Act as the primary liaison for clients during transitions and implementations.
- Lead client meetings to share updates resolve issues and align on goals.
- Build strong professional relationships with client contacts at all levels.
- Translate client needs into clear operational plans.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage transition timelines deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate staffing scheduling and training to ensure smooth launches.
- Monitor progress flag potential issues early and drive solutions.
- Prepare clear reports and updates for leadership and clients.
Operational & Technical Oversight
- Review site procedures post orders and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all operations meet contractual legal and safety standards.
- Identify gaps or risks and work with teams to implement improvements.
- Support process and system implementations to enhance service delivery.
Quality & Compliance
- Conduct audits to ensure operational and policy compliance.
- Monitor service quality and follow up on any deficiencies.
- Partner with HR finance and operations to ensure seamless handoffs.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in security operations project management or business management.
- A strong mix of technical skills (project coordination process implementation compliance knowledge) and client-facing experience (presentations relationship building problem solving).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced fully remote environment.
