Job Description:

Madison College is hiring a full-time Bilingual Digital Literacy Coordinator to support students in the School of Academic Advancement. This role helps students in English as a Second Language (ESL) College Readiness and High School Completion programs build the basic computer skills they need to succeed in school. The coordinator will lead workshops offer one-on-one help and create simple resources to teach skills such as using email Microsoft Office and online learning platforms. Working closely with faculty and student support staff this position plays an important part in helping students feel confident using technology in their classes and beyond.

Position Details:

Position Duration: This position is a grant funded position through June 30 2026 with expected renewal based upon college approval/funding.

Schedule/Location: This hourly position works in person 40 hours per week at our Goodman South Campus. General working hours are 8:00-4:30 M-F with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Benefits: This position offers excellent full-time benefits including health/vision/dental insurance.

Language Premium: This position offers a $200 per month bilingual pay premium (Spanish or Arabic). Verbal reading and writing proficiency testing is required.

Deadline: This position will be opened until filled with a first review date of October 22 2025 at 11:59pm. After this date the recruitment may close without further notice.
