Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)737 Delivery Operations is currently seeking aMid-Level Staff Analyst in Seattle WA.

The Seattle Delivery Center responsible for delivering 737 MAX airplanes to our customers. Our organization is a fast paced dynamic environment where the staff Analyst will work to support long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives including scheduling staffing and Delivery Operations deliverables analytics. The desired candidate must have strong organizational data management and project management skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops plans for long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
• Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
• Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
• Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials.
• Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
• Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
• Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
• Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or business operations environment
• Do you have the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans anticipate future events and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
• 5 years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
• 5 years experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development planning and execution

Summary pay range: $81000 - $87000.
