Required Skills:

Lead Creative Direction: Develop and oversee the creative vision for all digital marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
Manage the Creative Team: Mentor and guide a talented team of designers copywriters and creatives fostering collaboration and innovation. Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop original compelling concepts for various digital platforms including social media email marketing display ads and websites.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with account managers strategists and marketing teams to ensure campaigns meet client goals and deliver outstanding results.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Uphold and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs by developing and enforcing brand guidelines.
Client Presentations: Present creative ideas and concepts to clients effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions. Handle feedback with professionalism and creativity.
Quality Control: Review and approve all creative assets ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are optimized for different digital platforms.
Trend Awareness: Stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing design and technology to ensure our work remains innovative and relevant.
