The Role

• Position: KS2 Class Teacher (Year 3 4 or 5 year group based on experience and preference)
• Location: Carterton Oxfordshire
• Start Date: January 2026
• Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time considered

You will:

• Teach a well-supported KS2 class in a welcoming and well-resourced setting
• Deliver high-quality inclusive and engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Inspire independence creativity and a lifelong love of learning in pupils
• Use formative assessment to ensure progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with year group colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives
• Be involved in enrichment activities clubs trips and wider school life

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 teacher who brings energy creativity and commitment to the classroom.

You will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Experience teaching in primary ideally within Years 35
• Excellent classroom management and a nurturing inclusive approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A desire to contribute beyond the classroom and grow professionally
