Are you a newly qualified Science Teacher (ECT) looking to start your career in a supportive and ambitious school A welcoming secondary school in Buckingham is seeking a Science ECT to join its team from January 2026. The Role
Full-time Science Teacher (ECT) role starting January 2026
Teach Science across KS3 and KS4 with opportunities to grow into KS5 teaching as experience develops
Benefit from strong departmental support including an experienced mentor and tailored induction programme
Engage in extra-curricular activities such as STEM clubs enrichment projects and trips

What Were Looking For
A Science ECT (Biology Chemistry or Physics specialism) with QTS/PGCE or pending qualification
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for engaging students in scientific learning
Excellent communication organisation and classroom management skills
Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working
Enthusiasm for contributing to wider school life
