Job Title: Sales Representative
Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Location: Remote South Africa
Work Hours: U.S. Business Hours (flexibility required to ensure timely responses to inquiries)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Representative to support patient consultations and convert inbound leads into new clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated empathetic salesperson who thrives in a consultative environment and can build trust while driving results.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to patient inquiries and guide them through the consultation process.
Conduct discovery calls and present services with professionalism and empathy.
Manage inbound leads effectively to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate CRM records of patient interactions follow-ups and sales activity.
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and improve messaging.
Qualifications
2 years of sales experience (healthcare or service-based industries preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to adapt to flexible schedules aligned with U.S. business hours.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (preferred).
Self-motivated detail-oriented and driven to achieve conversion targets.
