Job Description

Lettings Negotiator
Didcot
22000 base salary (depending on experience)
27000 - 32000 OTE
Monday - Friday 1 in 3 Saturdays

Job Description

Our client who is a reputable local Estate Agency is looking for a Lettings Negotiator. If you have had previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator and you are looking for your next opportunity please apply to find out more about this role!

Description

  • Booking and conducting viewings with clients
  • Advising clients about the lettings process and building rapport with clients and customers
  • Managing client / customer database
  • Generate new business leads
  • Conducting negotiations
  • General administrative tasks(registering clients diary management)
  • Completing the transaction between client and customer
  • Maintaining property portfolios
  • Conducting inspections
You have:
  • Previous Sales / Lettings Estate Agency experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • A successful track record in your academic professional or personal life
  • A desire to grow as an individual
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential
