Job Summary
Senior Sales Negotiator
Strood
22000 - 25000 basic salary (depending on experience)
35000 - 45000 OTE plus referral fees for mortgages and solicitors
8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
9:00am-5:00pm Saturday
( Every Saturday with a day off in lieu)
Our client a well established award winning highstreet estate agency are expanding their team. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations conduct property viewings negotiate offers agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
- Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
- Solicit leads
- Promote newly listed properties and building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator ideally with listing experience
- Full UK driving licence and your own car
- Tactful and articulate
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Highly motivated and results driven
