Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Draftsman at a United States company. The Dratfsman will design renderings and site plans in AutoCAD for construction projects.

You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based construction / development company.

Qualifications

A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
5 years experience with AutoCad
5 years experience in the construction industry
Experience looking up building codes and regulations
An eye for design and a background in architecture or civil engineering
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in project management tools

Requirements:

Typing speed 40 words per minute
Ability to work on US time zone
A clean and professional remote work environment
Fast internet a second monitor and a fast computer

Salary:

$1250-2400 per month paid in USD depending on experience.

Details:

Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
Client has a desire for long term commitment.
