Requirements

Bachelors degree (any field)
Accredited TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120 hours)
6 months teaching or tutoring experience
Reliable computer setup
Professional teaching environment

Computer: i5 processor or better @2.0 Ghz (4 performance cores 8CPUs) 8GB RAM minimum
Internet: Stable fiber connection (20 mbps upload/download)
Connection: Direct LAN cable connection (not WiFi)
Backup Power: UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (2000VA)
Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset HD webcam backup headset recommended
Workspace: Quiet well-lit teaching environment
