Job Summary
Were searching for a motivated Email Marketing Expert whos eager to master the art of email marketing while helping boost our retention rates through email and SMS channels.

Tasks
- Help develop email marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Create email campaigns and automated sequences that move prospects through the funnel
- Apply UX principles to improve email engagement and conversion rates
- Leverage AI tools to optimize subject lines send times and content personalization
- Experiment with AI-driven segmentation and dynamic content strategies
- Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements
- Communicate clearly with team members about campaign progress and results
Requirements
- 1-2 years in email marketing (preferably eCommerce)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Klaviyo ActiveCampaign or similar platforms
- SMS marketing experience is a plus
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of email template systems and responsive design
- Knowledge of major email service providers and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM GDPR CASL CCPA)
AI & Technology
- Experience with AI tools for email marketing optimization (ChatGPT Jasper or similar)
- Understanding of how AI can enhance personalization and segmentation
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies in marketing
