Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Davenport CNC Machinist to join our this role you will operate and set up Davenport multi-spindle screw machines to produce precision components. You will be responsible for maintaining machine efficiency performing quality checks and making necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Davenport multi-spindle CNC machines.
Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and technical manuals.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and part accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Davenport CNC Machinist or similar role.
Strong understanding of multi-spindle screw machining operations.
Proficiency with CNC programming and machine adjustments.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
