Job Summary
Director of Surgical Services (Day Shift)
Location: Kansas City MO 64101
Shift: 12 hr Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality & Patient Safety:
Implement evidence-based practices ensure regulatory compliance reduce clinical variation and drive continuous improvement. - Operations & Leadership:
Manage daily surgical operations lead and mentor staff coordinate care across departments and optimize workflows. - Financial Management:
Assist in budget planning manage resource utilization identify cost-saving strategies and support capital initiatives. - Strategic Planning & Development:
Contribute to long-term growth strategies drive innovation expand service lines and ensure policy compliance.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)-Required
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Masters Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Acute Care experience as a Director of Surgical Services
(OR several years as a Manager in a large facility surgical department)
