Location: Laconia NH 03246

Duration: 13-week Contract

Shift: 12-hr Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay: $2088 - $2232; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a 13-week contract in Laconia NH. This position requires a dedicated professional who can thrive in a high-acuity setting operate independently and respond quickly in critical care situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe effective and compassionate care to critically ill patients.
Monitor and assess patient conditions administer medications and manage life-support equipment.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Document patient care accurately using the EMR system.
Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
Float as needed to ED (including active ED care not just ICU holds) Stepdown or Med-Surg (with modified assignments).

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience required.
- If closer to 2 years candidate must be a strong self-starter with diverse critical care exposure and ability to work independently.
CVICU experience.

Licensure:

Active New Hampshire (NH) RN license or Compact RN license must be verified.

Certifications:

Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Preferred:
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)

EMR:

Cerner experience preferred (not required)
