A-Tech Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Perform advanced diagnostics electrical work and complex repairs.
- GM Certification preferred.
- EV experience strongly preferred (we are a certified EV dealer).
- Repair and replace faulty powertrain electrical and ADAS components.
- Align wheels and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train/mentor junior techs.
- Keep accurate service records and collaborate with service advisors.
B-Tech Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Conduct diagnostics and perform mechanical repairs with accuracy.
- GM experience/training preferred but not required-well invest in your training.
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes tire rotations brake inspections etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality.
- Desire to advance into an A-Tech role over time.
