Location: Wrocław Poland (Hybrid: 1-3 days per week in the office)

Backend Engineer

Tasks
1. Backend Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and reliability.
Ensure data security and compliance with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in TypeScript and
Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
2. Frontend Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Develop user-facing features with a focus on performance and usability.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Collaborate with backend developers and designers to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
Proficency in TypeScript and React
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
3. UX Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement intuitive interfaces.
Advocate for user needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch Figma or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
