Job Summary
Zucol is a multidimensional company and we do have offices in 8 location like in Gurugram Noida Indore Pune Kolkata Jaipur and Udaipur and its been 14 years this company is going on we do have 800 employees are working at Zucol Group.
Tasks
Lead Generation:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers including students writers and other relevant audiences .
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate contact with inbound users via calls and emails to establish a connection.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Assist new clients in the onboarding process ensuring they are well-informed about Desklibs offerings and know how to utilize them effectively.
Social Media Leads Gathering:
- Utilize social media platforms to gather leads and expand the customer base
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Requirements
Having Atleast 1 year of experience in International sales.
