Full Stack Developer w Cloud Expertise

We are a healthcare-focused AI startup in stealth mode driven by our mission to make healthcare more accessible and universal through cutting-edge AI technology. We are building the next generation of AI models that go beyond the current standards to revolutionize the healthcare landscape.

Our company is based in Germany with offices in India and were expanding our India operations. Were executing commercial pilots in India growing rapidly and are seeking to hire world class experienced Full Stack Engineer to join us ASAP. If you have 4-5 years of experience in full stack development particularly for AI systems and have deployed and maintained applications in production environments then lets talk!

Tasks

• Develop intuitive responsive UIs and design and implement backend systems using modern programming languages
• Build autonomous agent workflows for decision-making task automation and real-time interactions and implement event driven architecture
• Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure
• Implement HIPAA/GDPR/NDHM compliance encryption and secure authentication
• Build fault-tolerant systems with caching load balancing and async processing.
• Debug and optimize performance bottlenecks across the stack.
• Strong product sense and track record of driving outcomes
• Excellent communication skills
• High ownership
• Love shipping quickly and being in fast-paced environment

Requirements

MUST HAVES

Minimum of 1 year full-time software engineering experience

• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. React with Python with django or flask or equivalent).
• Some experience & experimentation in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks. Be able to talk through using a model used via API and how it differs from building one internally
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including performance optimization and query design. Knowledge of database schemas that come with opinionated frameworks like and ability to extend these schemas.
• Proficient in AWS (preferred). Azure/GCP are fine too
• Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR compliance/DPDP (in Indian context) encryption and secure authentication
• Some experience & experimentation in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks. Be able to talk through using a model used via API and how it differs from building one internally

BONUS

• Experience with healthcare datasets or clinical workflows.
• Familiarity with FHIR/HL7 standards
