Job Description

The Make Up Glam (Subsidiary of Task Robots) is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for makeup artists across India. We provide high-quality leads social media management and branding services to help makeup professionals grow their businesses. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead Tele Sales to drive our sales efforts and lead a team of telecallers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead train and manage a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients explain services and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM records and track daily weekly and monthly sales performance.
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales scripts and campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management with insights and recommendations.

Tasks

  • Lead and manage a team of tele sales representatives providing guidance support and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts to maximize outbound call success rates and conversion ratios in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the tele sales team to enhance their product knowledge communication skills and understanding of customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics preparing detailed reports for senior management to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure the alignment of sales pitches with the latest service offerings and promotions.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in tele sales preferably in digital marketing or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales coaching.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team towards performance excellence.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
