Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for renewable energy We are looking for a Business Development Associate to lead our expansion efforts and drive growth in the solar energy sector.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
Proven track record in business development and sales preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and implement growth strategies effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
