Job Summary (List Format) Finance and Compliance Manager (Statutory & Audit)
- Prepare and review customized financial reports including costing budgets projections and loan documentation.
- Compile and analyze debtor-creditor reports and cash flow statements for the group.
- Oversee fund planning and monthly financial inflow-outflow summaries.
- Manage GST processes including invoice amendments ITC resolution and GSTR filings.
- Ensure timely TDS filings and distribution of certificates.
- Assist with UAE VAT filings and overseas compliance (South Africa Malaysia Singapore UAE).
- Review and submit annual GST returns LUT applications and handle audit-related queries.
- Collaborate with auditors to resolve discrepancies in sale invoices and pending ITC.
- Conduct salary reconciliation and oversee TDS on salaries.
- Prepare consolidated MIS reports and review compliance with statutory regulations.
- Handle ROC-related filings (MSME DIR-3 DPT-3 MGT-7 AOC-4) for group entities.
- Draft and review board resolutions manage board reports and ensure dematerialization of shares.
- Attend meetings draft minutes and handle ad hoc requirements.
- Perform ledger reconciliations for vendors auditors and professional entities.
- Address GST and TDS queries from customers vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and compliance submissions.
- Deliver weekly debtor-creditor and statutory compliance reports.
- Provide monthly fund planning cash flow and salary reconciliation summaries.
- Submit quarterly TDS returns and UAE VAT filings.
- Complete annual GST audits overseas compliance resolutions and board resolutions.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 4 5 years of relevant experience.
