Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Animation / Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through motion graphics and animations and will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that communicates our solutions effectively to our clients.
Being VERY proficient / advanced in English will be a must.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize design and create high-quality animations and motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms including websites social media and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
- Develop storyboards and creative briefs to present and refine design ideas.
- Ensure all animations and motion graphics align with the brands visual identity and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Work with video editors illustrators and other designers to integrate animations seamlessly into broader visual content.
- Optimize animations for performance across different devices and platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in animation and motion design
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- This role is more production design: Could be a mix of animation video editing AI video creation building product explainers with a tool like Navattic or similar or even doing some CSS work to create page motions we want to make page story / design stronger.
